Ready to think outside the box??? Artistic exploration is about discovery, thinking of art in new and unusual ways! Explore the world of art in new and unusual ways with the Explorations in Art workshop. Ready to think outside the box? Discover the magic of kinetic art through the creation of agamographs. These mesmerizing pieces create optical illusions and change as you view them from different angles. Finally students will construct their own 3D room using inverted perspective. Students work with chalk, markers, scissors, rulers, tapes and glue and learn different drawing and colored pencil techniques. Students will... Work with ideas and problem solving Use simple math and geometry Learn visual techniques that trick the eye Work with new materials Think outside the box and they won't believe what their eyes are seeing!
