How many classes do I have with the
1/Weekly Art Lessons and 2/Weekly Art Lessons for Primary/Secondary?
1x week per month refers to attending 4 classes monthly, totaling 20 classes for the semester. 2x week per month refers to attending 8 classes monthly, totaling 40 classes for the semester.

Do I have to pay the material fee every time I sign up for a semester?
The one-time, non-refundable material fee of $25 is charged one time upon starting plans, and then $75 monthly thereafter. Subscriptions span 5 months. Fall semester in August, families pay $75 plus a $25 materials fee on the start day, followed by 4 monthly charges of $75.

How should parents schedule lessons for
their child?
Parents are kindly requested to visit the "Book my next Class!" page to book lessons in advance each month, allowing proper planning and scheduling of the sessions.

What's the procedure for the
First Class Free Voucher?
The First Class Free Voucher is a special offer allowing customers to redeem their inaugural class by checking out with a $0 voucher. This voucher enables booking of a single free lesson within 2 weeks and is limited to one per customer.

I've made my purchase, now what?
Go to the booking calendar to pick your date/s! You can book weekly, monthly, or even for the whole semester! Becuase of prep work and enrollment, please book 24 hours before a class. Go to: BOOKING

How long do the different lesson plans last
after purchase?
The Primary/Secondary Lessons: Once a week, Primary/Secondary Lessons: Twice a week, and Adult Lessons automatically conclude after 5 months from the chosen start date at checkout. Meanwhile, the Private Lesson and 5 Private Lessons Bundle remain valid for 6 months post-purchase. Free voucher is good for 2 weeks.

Are there any discounts or special offers available for siblings?
Absolutely! We offer a fantastic discount of 15% for siblings enrolled in our classes. Simply use the coupon code 'FAMILYART' during the checkout process to avail this special offer.

What about abscences?
Please allow 24-hour notice for absences by changing date/s from the calendar or call/text. Once weekly students can choose to come an additional/alternate day for make-up. There is a make-up class every last Wednesday of the month (for all ages) from 5:00-6:30 for twice-weekly student absences and for anyone else needing to make up a class. These can be booked from the calendar as well.

What's the billing process for the lessons?
Monthly charges will be automatically processed on your card unless you choose to cancel the subscription, indicating your child's decision to discontinue attending classes.
